LOVELY MAID - CHAPTER 1 (REMAKE)

Disclaimer : Nope! Don't own them unless I take over that Ban Dai company.

Summary : Cagalli disguise herself to find her soul mate. Can she find one when she involve in something much more important than her mission does?

A/N: before you proceed to read this story please read my note first. Ehem (cough) I know not many of you out there keen at the idea of Cagalli being a maid just to find her soul mate. I, myself think that it is silly too. However, it is important to make my story continue... It is an AU fic. Plus I think that Cagalli will do whatever she wants to achieve anything she desires. *coughcough*if you remember her being the desert soldier*coughcough*

I'm going to make a little bit of character profile for Cagalli.

She will be stubborn but polite (However, I will use some of her un-lady like words), determine person and have a strong heart yet fragile.

I make PLANT an Island, ORB is a city, Junius Seven is a Village somewhere in PLANT Island, Heliopolis is a part of ORB district. E.A Kingdom will be another state that consisted of… well, our existing countries. (But I probably won’t mention them much anyway)

I know that Coordinator blood I mentioned in chapter 1 will make people wonder and why did Ulen and Via thought that it was best for Kira to live with his step brother and let him get adopted. Rest assured my loyal readers (if there’s one) it will be explains sometime later in the near future chapter. (Hopefully)

Sorry for this long note, now let’s begin with the revised chapter 2

(OvO)b(OvO)b(OvO)b(OvO)b

After three hours thirty-four minutes and fifty seconds journey later Cagalli arrived safely in PLANT Island. As soon as she stepped out from  ZAFT Airport, she was stunned by the beauty of the said island. With the cold sea breeze softly brushing on her slightly redden cheeks with the sunny weather that warms her heart, and the clean sandy beach along the way, she was mesmerized and almost forgot the reason why she even came to PLANT.

Almost.

She rode the bus that had 'Aegis Park' mentioned on it, she was rather glad that the bus station wasn’t that far from the airport. After mentioning to the driver that she was going to Zala's mansion, she took her sit by the window so she could further enjoy the view of the beautiful nature. Her stared fell into a dazed. It made her reminisce of  how her parents reacted a week ago when she told them she wanted to have her vacation in PLANT for a few more months before she officially attend his father’s company. The thought of her staying there for another few months made them sad. She barely stayed at home after four years away from them and now she wanted to leave again.

She unconsciously bit her lower lips when her mother’s sad faced bid her goodbye earlier surfaced on her mind. Her parents demanded her to stay with Kira but she refused to live with them and reasons that Kira probably busy with his family and she couldn’t possibly intrude them. However, she did promised that she will visit her brother from time to time. After a few more of convincing speeches her parents finally let her do as her wish. She felt the guilt building up inside of her for hiding the truth but the employment in Zala’s mansion needed the maid to lived in… somewhere in their estate. Nevertheless, she was determined to get employed and find that Mr right.

Hopefully…

She beginning to think that this mission of her will be futile and not to mention how silly it was but on the bright side, she still could enjoy living without have to pay for the hotel fee and will be enjoying this heavenly scenic island. She will get paid too. Being a maid is probably not that hard, she snorted.

 I hope.

"Are you new here?"

She was startled by the sudden interruption. She glances to her side and met with a beautiful brunette-haired lady as her lips curved a smile. She felt the warm in that smile and she couldn’t help but smile widely in exchange.

 "Yes, I am."

"Sorry if I startled you. I heard you mention to the bus-driver that you were going to the Zala's mansion," the brunette-haired said while chuckling.

She raises her eyebrow, somewhat confuse. Is there something funny about going to Zala’s?

"I'm sorry. I shouldn’t laugh,” she began, and continued while trying to stop her giggle, “I just thought it was quite funny."

She raised her eyebrow, “Why is that?” She noticed her voice sounded hard, but she couldn’t help it as she felt a bit humiliated.

The lady smiled warmly, “Forgive me for my rudeness earlier.” She started “Aegis Park is actually part of Zala’s mansion, and  you are in Zala’s estate.”

Her eyes widen at the information.”huh?!”

She knew Zala family was rich but she couldn’t believe they were this rich!  She never bothered to get into details about Zala’s properties when she searched about Zala Co. the other day; just enough information to let her get by her interview later will do.

"That's rather a large estate…” she finally said after getting over her shocked. “Are all of these people,” she motions her point fingers to the whole bus, “going to the mansion?"

The brunette laughed again then shook her head. "No, besides the mansion, there are lots of office building and other shops and amusement park. Either they are going to work or just do their shopping and having fun."

"Let me guess, Zala’s properties?"

The lady just nodded and that end their conversation. She glanced outside the window. Damn filthy rich! She thought.

Richer than her father too, if she might add.

It took about half an hour before she arrived at the Aegis Park. After saying thank you to the driver, her habit of doing so. It made the driver smile widely at her as  she took her leave. She walk past several houses until she reached the sign that written 'Zala's Mansion'. In front of her stood a huge mansion with three sports cars and two limousines visible in the open garage. She then spotted a koi pond decorated the garden as it surrounded by variety of beautiful flowers. At the corner of the lawn, there stood a greenhouse covered with glasses windows. At the left corner of the garden, there stood a few small cottage houses that she assumed to be the lived in maids quarters. A beautiful cottage she must say. Unnoticed, she had swallowed down her saliva. This is rather too much, she thought as her hand move to ring the house bell. There was a video cam above the gate and when the bell ringing through the whole mansion the cam    moved it lenses to face her.

"Yes?" A voice came out from the intercom.

"I'm Cagalli Hibiki... I applied to work here and was called for an interview," she said through the intercom while looking at the video cam and smiling.

"Oh… yes. Please wait a moment, miss."

She nodded to the cam and let out a nervous sighs. Living in this huge mansion and working as a maid probably will be a nerve-wracking experience.

"Oh… so you are the new maid that I was informed about?"

She instantly jumps backward and squeals in surprise. Her eyes moves to search for the voice’s owner and was met with the same lady that she met in the bus, looking at her worriedly.

"I'm sorry… again. Are you alright?" she asked, worried.

Cagalli rubs her chest while nodded, trying her best to calm her heart.

"I…I'm fine."

The lady smiled apologetically. "I'm sorry. By the way, I'm Shiho. Shiho Hahnenfuss," she said while smiling brightly and gave out her hand for a friendly handshake.

Cagalli took it and shook it gently while returning her smile.

"Nice meeting you. I'm Cagalli Hibiki.”

Shiho Hahnenfuss? Now... that sounds familiar.

After a couple of minute the gate slowly open and greeted by a very charming young lady with a short red haired that reach down her neck. She was taken aback at the uniform the girl wore. A long black dress with white apron in front of it, almost look like the old Victorian maid dress. She grimaced.

Someone please tell her that she won’t be wearing that thing.

The young lady noticed Shiho stood beside Cagalli and greeted her as well, "Oh, hi Miss Shiho. How was your day off?"

"Same as usual, Luna," Shiho replied warmly.

“That’s wonderful,” she said before returning to face Cagalli, "Miss Hibiki I am sorry to inform you, unfortunately, master Zala is in his office right now and warned to not let anyone disturb him. However, He did mention about you. I was told to show you around the house and fill you in with the terms of working in this household," Luna informed her in a rather serious manner.

“Wait.. what? Am I employed?” Cagalli asked, disbelief and forgot all about the formality. “Without have to go through the interview?”

Well, this is her first time working as a house cleaner and she didn’t know that they will immediately hire you without the interview.

“Yes, your information on your resume was impressive to our master and Mr Zala  told me that he will entrust you fully to me for your probation period; that will only be in a month period,” she explained and smile reassuringly at Cagalli to ease her mind.

Cagalli nodded but still think that it was rather odd to be employed just because her resume was impressive that the master of the household didn’t need to conduct the interview. She tried to remember what she wrote. She surely didn’t mention of her PhD qualification in commerce, it wasn’t needed anyway. It must be because of her part time working experiences, although she didn’t find them good enough to impressed Mr Zala.

Not only filthy rich but also a generous person… she thought, honestly. “or odd…”

Shiho’s "Let me cover you in this Luna. I know you have a lot of work to do. I think she will be replacing my job so it is best for me to show her around,” startled her out of her thought.

"If you insist Miss Shiho. I'll leave her to you then,” Luna bowed gracefully and smile at them before entering the mansion, leaving her to Shiho’s care.

"Lunamaria is a nice girl and she take her work seriously. But if you get to know her better I'm sure you two will get along just fine."

Cagalli let out a small chuckle, "True. I was rather intimidated by her for a second there. But her dress amused me more,” she then face Shiho with worried, “Please tell me that the dress she wore is not the dress-code for this job I am applying? Right?" she asked almost pleadingly to the brunette whom by now cracking out a soft laughter.

"The uniform is for the maids. I don’t think your job required the dress, so you can rest easy there," replied Shiho with knowing smile.

Cagalli inner mind leap out happily before registering what Shiho just told her. “But I applied to be a maid… right?”

Without answering Cagalli she took her to have a tour around the house and fill in her on all the details and the rules that she will have to abide while working here. Every employee will have their day off, once a week and she remind her that if she needed to be absent she has to tell Lunamaria three days in advance so the head maid could easily find her replacement. Cagalli was yet again amazed when she heard that young lady was a head maid in this large household.

“Mr Zala trusted her. Her deceased mother used to be the head maid and Luna has all her skills to continue the job for her,” Shiho explained.

Cagalli nodded and silently admired the young lady. She never once regard that being a maid is a career you should be ashamed of. With all the work you do using your physical stamina twice as much as you use your brain could be equally tiring with doing a desk job. Paperworks can be a headache, you know. Cleaning this huge mansion will take double of your energy, she thought as she looked around the house. She noticed the grand chandelier hanging around every room in the mansion and she grimaced. They are a pain in the ass to clean. Trust her, her mansion has three of them and one took her hours to wipe out all the dust, clean. She swore that she will never again try cleaning those goddamn glittering lights.

Before she could further drown in her misery of her memory battling with the dusts that hides in every nook and crook on those hateful chandelier, she learned that Patrick Zala has a beautiful wife named Lenore Zala and she will be responsible to take care of her, and only her. Her mind dance joyfully as she gave a triumphant smirk at the chandelier before questioning Shiho as to why his wife need to be take care of.

“Well,” Shiho began. “Mrs Zala is kind of sick.”

Cagalli’s face was full of concerned as she prided more, “Is she okay? Didn’t she need a doctor instead of a caretaker?”

Shiho signal Cagalli to stop when they arrived at their destination and she did. The brunette motions her to go inside the room as she held the door open for her. She carefully went inside the slightly dimmed room and took a look around the room. There were dolls littering on the floor and a small doll house at the corner of the room. The room decorated with milky purple wallpaper with falling white petals scattered imprinted on it. Beside the doll house, there’s a small bookshelf with fairy tales books and a small table with a small chair that meant for a children age five to probably ten years old.

“I thought you told me that the Zala only has a son and already at the working age?” she inquired softly to Shiho whom by now stood beside her. “Is the son married?”

Shiho giggled at the blonde inquires, “They indeed only have a son at the same age as ours, I believe,” she replied and added, “and Mr Athrun still single and available,” she winked at Cagalli and the blonde only raised her eyebrows.

“Okay…” she nodded awkwardly, “then whose room is this?”

Shiho pointed at the bed and Cagalli turn her gaze towards it. There, lying on the warm comfort bed was a woman with a short soft wavy purple haired colour sleeping soundly. She was mesmerized by the beauty of the woman.

“Mrs. Zala?”

"Yes,” Shiho nodded.

“Her illness…”she trailed off, didn’t know how to begin as her mind works its way to comprehend the situation she was currently in.

“Mrs Zala, she was involved in a car crashed two years ago. She was, however, only covered in a minor injury while the driver died on the spot. He was Luna’s father,” Shiho told her, there’s an obvious pain covering her tone. Cagalli could only nodded and pray to the soul to rest in peace. “Although Mrs Zala only had a minor injury she was diagnosed with amnesia,” she continued, “and a very terrible one at that.”

“Terrible?”

“She only has her memories until she was six years old. Due to that she acted like she was six years old and need a constant care."

Cagalli nodded in understanding. "Can’t she be cured?”

"She can but apparently, the doctor told us that she herself wasn’t giving her full of cooperation.”

Cagalli raised an eyebrow. "Not willing?"

Shiho nodded “It’s like she wants to be trapped in her six years old mind, so the doctor said.”

“That… kind of sad.”

"It is…" Shiho agreed as she walked closer to the bed. Her hand touched Lenore's cheek and caresses it gently. She pull the cover to Lenore’s chest and the woman let out a small whimper and then cuddled with her bear plushie before snoring back to sleep .

"Miss Shiho…"

Shiho cut her off before she could finish her sentence, "Just Shiho…"

"May I know who was responsible for taking care of her previously?"

"Me."

"You?"

Shiho nodded, "Yes. But I worked at Zala co. as Patrick Zala's secretary. Then he asked me to help him look after his wife five months ago after Luna’s mother past away. He was reluctant to find anyone at first but finally decided to hire someone after he saw me juggling between two jobs tiredly," she explained to her.

"Why didn’t he hire a nurse? They are more knowledgeable in handling amnesiac, right?" Cagalli asked again, intrigued.

“Six years old Lenore is quite a character. She throws tantrum when she didn’t like the person.”

Cagalli let out a soft laugh, “But then, there’s no guaranteed that she will like me too.”

Shiho shook her head, “Well, before employing anyone, Mr Zala will show their photos to Lenore first. Before you submitted your resume there’s actually quite a lot of candidate who wants this job. But somehow Lenore didn’t like them,” she chuckled, “Until you sent your resume and he showed your photo to Lenore and you should see her face lightens up and demanded to meet you that very instant.”

“Huh?”

“Yes… I and Mr Zala had the same reaction as well and that is why Mr Zala didn’t need to interview you, Miss Hibiki. The real interviewer is there, sleeping soundly.”

Now she understood why she was required to sent a photo of her, preferably informal one. She thought it was kind of shady but sent it anyway. She could always handle herself if she was indeed in a shady situation. Black belt in Karate and Judo will come in handy.

They leave the room quietly and Shiho lead Cagalli to her small cottage house which is in the 'long house which she saw earlier. When Shiho said that she doesn’t have to wear the uniform she was smiling happily until she handed her two dresses that looks like a nurse uniform. However, the skirt was longer down to her shin and it was in soft green colour. She grimaced but it was better than the maid uniform she seen on Luna.

"Because you will only taking care of Mrs. Zala, this uniform will do," Shiho said then leaned forward and whisper, "actually I just bought it because we don’t have an official uniform for the caretaker I hope it is not too much for you Miss Attha."

Cagalli shook her head. "No, this will do Miss Hane….." Her eyes widen when she registered what Shiho had called her. "Di…Did you… just called me… Miss Attha?" Cagalli questioned her, stuttering. “I don’t know who Miss Attha is,” she said trying her best to pretend she was clueless.

Shiho laughed rather loudly then patted Cagalli's shoulder gently, "God, your face. I'll keep it a secret Cagalli. So don’t worry."

She looked at her, defeated, "How…"

"Did I know?"

Cagalli nodded.

"We went to the same middle school. You know, Heliopolis Middle School although I only stayed for a year. We have been friends along with that Joule."

Cagalli frowned, trying her best to remember if she ever had a friend called Shiho. Then it hit her. However she was still sceptical about it as she took a good look at the smiling brunette in front of her. That could not be her… or… maybe…She did say that her name was Shiho Hahnenfuss.

Right?

As though she read Cagalli mind Shiho interrupted her thought, "Yes Cagalli. I am that Shi-chan with thick glasses and braces. The girl only tied her hair in ponytail and always had a fight with Joule because he was a jerk, give me a nickname; 'Four eyes, Hahnenfuss'. He was so smug about that nickname.”

Cagalli gape and stared at Shiho, moving her eyes up and down to imprinted the gorgeous brunette and compared her with the old Shiho. "Shi-chan? You… you… Oh my god!!!" Cagalli squealed. "You look… different. I'm sorry… I…"

"That's okay Calli. I know I've changed…"

"Too much changed…" she added. “You look gorgeous. Not that you aren’t beautiful before. But this… wow!”

Shiho blushed at the compliment, “Thanks Cags. I love to chat with you and I got lots of question for you but I got to go now. I'll see you tomorrow and we can have nice girls chit-chat." Shiho promised her and then bid her goodbye.

Cagalli stood at her door, watching Shiho retreating back until she disappeared from her sight. She smiled warmly, looking forward to meet her friend again soon.

"Are you sure it was her?"

Cagalli nodded but she knew Yzak will never be able to see it. She held her cell phone to her right ears while she lay down on her new bed gazing up at the ceiling.

"Yes, I'm sure. She called me Calli. Nobody use that nickname except her. She said she was Shi-chan and I used to call her that. Oh God! You should really see her now. She’s really gorgeous without the glasses covering her eyes and with the braces gone she…is more beautiful now… you…"

Yzak cut her midway of her rant, "Wait… did you just said more? Are you implying that she was beautiful before?"

She could hear a loud sarcastic laughter coming from her best friend. She smirked.

"Yes. If she were not, you would not be calling her 'Four eyes, Hahnenfuss'."

Yzak chocked at his own laughter. He cleared his throat before saying, "Ehem...That Attha, is supposed to be a mocking nickname."

"Em… Teasing her with your eyes gazed at her lazily, not to forget with that extra glitter on that said eyes too. yup! It's a mocking nickname with love engraved on it, Joule.” Cagalli laughed, she love to tease her best friend. She felt sad though that she couldn’t see his redden face as he tried his best to cover it with his hands while cursing lowly.

"That was a long… long… time ago… Cagalli Yula Hibiki Attha!"

She smirked again. When Yzak called her by her full name that means she hit his nerve. Oh yes, she loved it!

"Don't worry Yzak, I'll keep it between us only."

"There is nothing to keep, Cagalli. For the last time I don't like her!" Yzak shouted.

"Okay… okay… Geez, can't you even take a joke?"

"No!" he answered, firmly. "So… how was your day? As a MAID?" he teased her by pressing the words maid then he chuckle.

"I'm not a maid Yzak. I more like a caretaker… "

"Seriously?"

"Yes!!"

“You? Taking care of someone? Wait… there are no pigs flying anywhere.”

She could hear the hysterical laughter from his best friend through the phone. She could imagine him rolling down on the floor laughing his ass off.   She waited until Yzak fully sated.

"Phew…"he whistled playfully.

"Finally…" Cagalli clear her throat before she continued, "I have to take care of Mr. Zala's wife. She's amnesiac," she told him. "Sadly, she acting like six years old kids. I played house with her this evening…"

"You played house with mid-age lady? If she were not sick, I would laugh again. But no matter how much of a bastard I am I could still feel empathy towards people.”

Cagalli snorted at the self-acknowledgement.

“Is she fine? I mean, haven't they try to find the cure?"

She could hear a worried tone on his voice. Yzak known as a cold-hearted person by many of their friends, but only she knew the sensitive part of him.

"Shiho said they tried but failed. The doctor said that she was not willing to cooperate with them. Don't ask me the details…"

"I don't know much but if the doctor confirmed it then maybe there was something that she wanted to forget, really bad too. If you manage to find that out, the probability of her to gain her memories back could be high," he said thoughtfully.

Cagalli raised her eyebrow. "Are you a doctor, Joule?"

"My mom was before she retired two years ago."

Cagalli slapped her forehead. How could she forget?

"She taught you that?"

"Yes, when we do the research about amnesia that Dullandal told us to do. I believe it was when we in the second year of high school. Oh, I have to hang up now. Mom is currently banging on my door telling me to get my ass down for dinner.”

And she could hear Yzak muttering about him not being a kid anymore to be fussed like that. Cagalli chuckled.

"Mama's boy," she teased him.

"Shut up! Oh and… Cags, please keep it as you promised," he whispered.

"Promised?"

"About that Hahnenfuss thing!!" he hissed awkwardly.

She giggled. "Sure… that's mean 4 years supply of chocolate." She heard him sighed and muttering a cursed.

"Whatever…Hope you find your SOUL MATE," he teased her again before he hung up.

Cagalli stares at her cell phone lazily and giggled. She placed her phone back on a small desk beside her bed and switch-off the light from the desk lamp on it for a nice long sleep she need before starting anew day tomorrow.

Probably she will be once again drag to play house with Lenore or playing tag on the garden or playing with dolls… and maybe even do them all tomorrow. Tiring that it seems, strangely, she was looking forward to it.

(OvO)b(OvO)b(OvO)b(OvO)b

Cagalli covered her mouth with her hand as she yawned sleepily. It was six in the morning and she has to prepare breakfast for Lenore. She winced as the morning breeze touched her uncovered skin. She spotted Luna preparing the plates and eating utensils. She assumed it was for breakfast for the Zala family. When Luna finally noticed her she greeted her with a warm smile. She had a nice chat with her yesterday evening and she was happy to be able to meet such a nice young ambitious girl. When she took a sit at the kitchen table, she was greeted by Meyrin, Luna’s little sister, digging at her breakfast rather quickly in front of her.

"Why the rush?" she asked her as she poured some fresh milk in her bowl full of cereal.

"I have to meet my friend to discuss about our school project," she answered her after swallowing her food, hurriedly.

She chocked a bit and Cagalli offered her a glass of water.

"Thank you," she managed to say it and gulped down all the water.

Cagalli smiled, “Try to not chock on the water as well.”

Meyrin laughs and then glances at her wristwatch. "Oh my! I'm late!! I have to go now! See you later, Cagalli."

She ran out from the kitchen and Cagalli heard Meyrin bid her sister goodbye and seconds later Luna scolded her lovingly to watch where she’s going. Probably, the little sister ran over something and hit her head. She shook her head and smile before feeding herself with the delicious cereal breakfast.

"This is Mrs. Zala breakfast, Cagalli."

She stared at the filled tray that been placed in front of her before she glancing at the man that covering half of his face with a mask, smiling at her. He’s the family chef.

"Why… thank you, Mr. Klueze…" she thanked him, trying her best to not question him about the mask he was wearing. To Cagalli relief, the man went back preparing more breakfast before she could pry on something, probably personal.

She did however ask Luna why Klueze covered half of his face with the white mask and Luna only shrugged. When she decided to ask him personally, Meyrin stopped her and giving her 'the look'. When she asked the other maid, they went berserk; she could only stared at the running maids confusingly. She come to conclusion that it would be the best not to mention about it anymore. But she couldn’t help feeling curious and they do say ‘curiosity kills the cat’. She shivered slightly if knowing the reason would cost her life she will hold her tongue.

When she was done with her breakfast, she took the tray and went to Lenore's room. She opened it slightly to have a peek and making sure if the owner of the room already wide awake. Then she saw Lenore playing with her dollhouse and giggling joyously. She smiled and went inside the room. Placing the tray on the small table in the middle of the room, she greeted her softly.

"Good morning, Lenore-san."

Lenore stops playing her doll and looked at Cagalli. She giggled loudly and went running towards Cagalli and gave her a very tight hug.

"Ca-chan, come and play with Lenore," she said happily and dragged her towards the dollhouse.

"I love to, but you have to eat your breakfast first," she told her nicely, afraid she will end up making her cry again. Yesterday event flashes through her mind when Lenore wailed rather loudly when she refused to be the baby.

Lenore pouted a bit, but nodded obediently and cutely too. "Lenore is hungry too."

Cagalli try to not run over to Lenore and hug her and patter her hair lovingly. Can a middle age (and gorgeous too) women be this cute?!

Lenore headed to the table and took the prawn sandwich. She took a bite but then placed it back on the plate. She throws the rest from her mouth to the tray.

"Why Lenore-san?" she asked her, concerned.

"It's not yummy. Lenore want chocolate."

Chocolate? She wants one too.

"Em… I will give you one if you promised me you eat the whole thing," she said and playfully winked at Lenore.

God! She just said something childish with someone older than her. This is awkward, she thought. Again, Lenore nodded happily.

"NO!!! And That's Final!!!"

Lenore jump and throw the sandwich back to the plate and ran to hug Cagalli. She was too shocked at the loud noise coming from outside.

"What was that, Ca-chan?" she asked her, scared.

Lenore looked at Cagalli with teary eyes. Oh no, please don't cry!

"I don't know…someone shouting," she told her.

"Why won't you listen to me? Just this one time?!!"

"Or maybe, arguing…"

"I'm afraid, Ca-chan…"

Cagalli cursed slightly inside of her head at whomever that currently yelling outside the room. She rubs Lenore back gently and whispers that everything will be okay on her ears. This is hard… Then she

Was reminded of what her mother always did for her when she in this state.

I hope this work…

Heine yawned and did a little stretching outside of his room before heading down the stairs for his breakfast. He has a photo shoot later for the Revolver Magazine. He was informed, sternly by his manager to be there by 9 a.m. sharp. He sighed at the lack of trust his manager put on him. He was only late once!

"Morning, lovely," he said seductively and draw a lazy smile on his face to Luna when he entered the kitchen.

Unlike the Zala’s , he was more comfortable to dine in the kitchen than the large dining hall. Luna just shook her head and went back to do her job, used to Heine’s antics.

"What part of 'NO!!! And that is Final!!!' that you don't understand, father?"

Heine grimaced at the sound that greeted him bright and early, "Are they on it again?" he asked Klueze.

The chef shrugged. Heine sighed lazily.

"Don't you DARE talk to me like that, Athrun!!"

"I have to stop them… again! Wish me luck Klueze."

And the chef shrugged again. Heine left the kitchen with a mission to stop the family bickering before it went out of hand. He saw Athrun messing with his hair and Patrick clenching his fist when he spotted them in front of Lenore's room. Their eyes gazed at each other, fiercely. Heine sighed again and step closer to them.

"The Campbell family will be part of our family with or without YOUR approval to be Meer's fiancé," Patrick began again. "That's the FINAL I understand," he added.

"Oh, Meer? That is one hot chick!" Heine interjected nonchalantly and earned a deathly glared from Patrick.

"Good! Then you can have her!!" Athrun told him but his eyes still staring at his father.

Who are those little girls in pain?

Just trapped in castle of dark side of moon

"Wow…wow… there! I want her but don't want her as my fiancé!"

Twelve of them shining bright in vain,

Like flowers that blossom just once in years

"Then you should stop interjecting when other people still talking, Heine!" Patrick warned him then smacks the back of his head, hard.

"Ouch! That's hurt, uncle."

"Hope you learn your lesson!!"

They're dancing in the shadow like whispers of love

Just dreaming of place where they're free as dove

While Heine and Patrick arguing, Athrun finally turn her stares towards the door in front of him.

"OH shut up already!!" he hissed angrily and went closer to the door and leaned his ears closely.

Heine and Patrick look at each other before turn their attention to Athrun.

They've never been allowed to love in this cursed cage

It's only the fairy tale they believe.
